Zhongguancun Science Park set up an industrial alliance for civil-military integration and released a three-year action plan (2014-2016) on Sept 5.
The alliance will build a civil-military integration resource database and carry out cooperation on a scientific research project. It aims to build a science and technology innovation system and speed up the integration of military and civilian enterprises.
The alliance has enrolled 103 enterprises, including Baimtec Material Co and Beijing TRS Information Technology.
According to the action plan, Haidian district will develop into a scientific and technological innovation demonstration base for military-civilian integration and build a group of influential industrial clusters by 2016.
