Beijing's Zhonngguancun Science Park recently launched an online service platform for personnel in the software industry.
The platform – Zhongguancun Software Talent Cloud Service Platform – which was sponsored by the Zhongguancun Overseas Students Pioneer Park Association, offers a group of services for software professionals, such as recruitment, a professionals’ presentation, and HR management training for software companies in Zhongguancun.
"This platform has integrated the resources from training institutions and a number of colleges and universities. It will try to provide more professional HR management services for enterprises," said Liu Hongying, secretary-general of the Association.
"We also plan to build a service platform for professionals in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in the future," Liu added.
It has also given free services to member companies since its trial operation in March this year. It mainly focuses on the IT industry in Beijing and provides human resources for enterprises in Zhongguancun overseas students pioneer parks, career development certification for employees, as well as data support for decision-making bodies.
