Tennis groups plan joint promotional event

Ties between the Chinese Tennis Association and the French Tennis Federation will become closer with the launch of a promotional event dubbed "Roland Garros in China".

The six-day event from June 3 to June 8 in Beijing and Shanghai will feature various activities for tennis fans at outdoor venues, including one full-size and two mini clay courts that use the same surface as the French Open. All activities will be open to the public from 10 am to 10 pm.
