More than 130 intelligent enterprises from Zhongguancun will showcase their latest achievements in innovation and creativity at the 17th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo (CHITEC), which will be held at the China International Exhibition Centre in Beijing from May 14 to 18, according to the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee.
Zhongguancun will display its unique innovation ecosystem at the event, including leading enterprises, scientific research institutions of universities, science and technology organizations, entrepreneurial culture and organizations for entrepreneurial services. So far, this ecosystem has become the core competitiveness of Zhongguancun Science Park.
The theme of Zhongguancun exhibition area will focus on scientific and technological innovation. It will depict Zhongguancun's advantages in professionalism, technology, capital, markets, policy innovation, brands and the environment.
In addition, the exhibition area will introduce the park’s emerging industries covering big data, energy conservation and environmental protection, life sciences, health services and intelligent transportation.
In short, Zhongguancun will highlight many of its latest products and technologies at this year's CHITEC.
The CHITEC is a major annual technology expo sponsored by a number of national government agencies. The aim of the event is to promote the commercialization, market-oriented operation and internationalization of the high-tech industry. Over the past decade, CHITEC has grown into one of the key events to showcase advanced technologies and promote business opportunities.
