The Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB) will launch a program on innovation and entrepreneurship in Beijing, from Sep 12 to Nov 16, according to the Zhongguancun Administrative Committee.

The program , which contains ten-week part-time courses, is supported by Zhongguancun Science Park which has connections on innovation with more than 20,000 high-tech enterprises, and will be carried out at the Stanford Center at Peking University. The science park will invite Chinese executives, investors and legal experts as guest lecturers and project supervisors.

"Our program mainly targets people with innovation and entrepreneurial ideas or those who are planning a business. Students, innovators, scientists and engineers can learn how to build an influential enterprise here,” said Yossi Feinberg, a professor of economics at Stanford University.

The online registration of this program has started and will last until May 30.

The Stanford GSB also signed a memorandum of understanding with Beijing West Fund Management, a professional fund management company in Zhongguancun Science Park. The company will provide daily operational services and help to promote the program.
