Celebrated only once a year, much-anticipated Valentine's Day is coming up soon. Where will you indulge your partner with a romantic dinner?
In cooperation with Beijing's top hotels, China Daily has launched a tech support campaign that provides discounts to readers who scan the unique codes provided. Partner five-star hotels include the Metropark Lido Hotel, Regent Beijing, Park Plaza Beijing Wangfujing, Grand Millennium Beijing and Crowne Plaza Park View Wuzhou Beijing.

It is also a hit with tech-lover Zhang Hongbin, general manager of Metropark Lido Hotel.
"I am always fascinated with the latest technology in the hospitality industry, I'm proud to say that such scan codes are used in our Metropark Lido Hotel website and our advertising campaigns," Zhang says.
General Manager of the Park Plaza Hotel Beijing Wangfujing Mason Li said the digitized discount allows users to "indulge yourself in our unique and exquisite Bloo dining restaurant with your beloved one, after all Valentine's Day is just around the corner".
The new campaign starts on Jan 12. Readers can easily access discounts on wine, desserts and many more surprises, through just a quick scan using their phones.
