In a video consultation with US medical experts on Friday, Zhong Nanshan, a prominent Chinese respiratory disease expert, introduced some traditional Chinese medicine that is effective in anti-virus and anti-inflammatory treatments for COVID-19.
Lianhua Qingwen, a TCM herbal capsule that was announced at a conference by China's State Council, has proved effective against the disease in clinical trials, he said.
