Home isolated people should keep eye on symptoms
People who choose to isolate themselves at home should let their family members keep an eye on them and their symptoms, said Cao Wei, deputy director and associate chief physician of the Department of Infectious Diseases at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, on Monday at a press conference in Wuhan held by the State Council Information Office.
When they have symptoms, such as persistent high fever or shortness of breath, it's time to go to see a doctor and seek help, Cao said. They also should make sure not to let a family member catch the disease from them during home isolation.
