Do you think other countries infected with COVID-19 are ready?

Bruce Aylward: No. We are seeing people still saying this may be like the flu, and we're seeing people taking measures that may not be quite what you would expect. And we're seeing countries that are surprised that they have to isolate 100 people. Well, your pandemic preparedness training should have taught you to do that. I try to be helpful and say "Certain parts of China had exactly the same problem, and here's how they tackled it.
