BEIJING, July 18 (Xinhua) -- The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee recently decided Zhao Kezhi to be the secretary of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the CPC, replacing Li Zhanshu.

Li will be given other appointment.
