Premier Li shares China's perspective on sustainable development

Premier Li Keqiang chaired a roundtable on sustainable development themed "The Sustainable Development Goals: A Universal Push to Transform our World - China's Perspective", at United Nations headquarters.

Ban Ki-moon, secretary-general of the United Nations, Peter Thomson, president of the 71st session of the United Nations General Assembly, and 16 leaders of international organizations attended the roundtable and discussed the issues of goals, challenges and international cooperation of sustainable development.

Ban said that it's rare to see so many leaders of international organizations participating in a single meeting and this demonstrates Premier Li's leadership.
