White smoke or steam coming from 3 reactors in Japan

White smoke or steam was rising from three reactors, No 2, 3 and 4, at a quake-damaged nuclear plant in northeaster Japan, the nuclear safety agency said on Friday.

It said it believed there was still water in the spent fuel pool at reactor No 3.
