Chinese rescue team to leave for Japan

BEIJING - A Chinese rescue team will leave for the quake-hit region in Japan Sunday morning, said the China Earthquake Administration here Saturday.

The team is made up of 15 members and will leave for Japan at 5:00 a.m. Sunday by a chartered plane, said the international rescue team of China at its official microblog at www.sina.com.cn.
