SEOUL - Chinese President Hu Jintao said Thursday that China and Russia have reached consensus on the all-round development of their strategic partnership of coordination, which gives impetus to the bilateral ties.
Hu made the remarks at a meeting with his Russian counterpart Dmitry Medvedev on the sidelines of the fifth Group of 20 (G20) summit slated for Thursday and Friday.

The Seoul summit provided an opportunity for the two sides to discuss bilateral ties and issues related to the G20, he said.
The China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination has maintained a sound momentum of development in recent years with new progress made in exchanges and cooperation in all areas.
This year has witnessed the most frequent contacts between top leaders of the two countries, and the two heads of state have met several times so far this year.
