Special loans announced to support innovation in SMEs in China and Germany

China and Germany agree to lend mutual support of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in both countries. China Development Bank is ready to launch its second round of loan to support innovation and high-end manufacturing for SMEs in both countries.
