Hungary to host China-CEE meeting next year

Hungary will host the 6th Meeting of Heads of Government of China and Central and Eastern European countries next year, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban announced at a news conference on Saturday in the Latvian capital Riga.
Premier Li Keqiang held a joint news conference with Latvian Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to introduce the outcome of the 5th China-CEE leaders' meeting, an annual event since 2012.
Latvia is hosting the leaders' meeting and the economic and trade forum between China and CEE countries, following Suzhou, Jiangsu province, which hosted last year's event.
China and 16 CEE countries pledged to further strengthen their cooperation in areas such as infrastructure construction and production capacity on Saturday.
