On November 17, Xi ended his trip to Antalya, Turkey and arrived in Manila, Philippines for the 23rd Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Economic Leaders' Meeting, themed, "Building inclusive economies; building a better world".
Xi will participate in bilateral and multilateral activities, while exchanging views with leaders on regional economic integration, small and medium enterprises, human resources development and sustainable growth.
He also intends to promote the "Beijing Consensus", a vision for Asia-Pacific future development, and extending the Asia-Pacific dream. Beijing has placed its surroundings as top priority in the diplomatic landscape, and encouraging regional peace, stability and development.
In the past three years , Xi has visited more than 10 APEC member countries with his footsteps going throughout the Asia-Pacific.
Last year, China hosted the 2014 Beijing APEC forum and boosted the 22nd APEC informal meeting, which opened a new chapter in Asia-Pacific regional integration.
A year later in Manila, Xi will convey a good voice of Chinese development through the APEC platform, and explain Chinese wisdom to encourage cooperation in Asia-Pacific and the world, along with the people's welfare.
