Premier Li Keqiang called on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to gather strength and tap into potential, create six cooperation platforms, and push cooperation to a higher level on Dec 15.
He was speaking at a press briefing attended by leaders of SCO member states after the 14th SCO prime ministers' meeting in Zhengzhou, capital of Central China's Henan province.
Premier Li said SCO leaders agreed that regional cooperation over the past year has been highly fruitful, but it also faces severe and complicated challenges.
