Mohammad Shahab, a resident from Lahore, Pakistan, says he was sitting in his office when the earthquake rocked the city. He says the tremors continued for a while but now the situation is normal in the city. The sustained quake also was felt in India's capital of New Delhi.

A massive earthquake measuring 8.1 magnitude struck 80 km (50 miles) east of Pokhara in Nepal 14:11 pm on Saturday. The epicenter was monitored at 28.2 degrees north latitude and 84.7 degrees east longitude, and the focus of the quake is 20 kilometers deep, according to China Earthquake Networks Center.
