Last batch of Chinese peacekeeping infantry arrives in S.Sudan

China’s first female infantry squad sent abroad for UN peacekeeping compose 13 soldiers.130 Chinese peacekeeping troops, the last detachment of the country's first deployment of a full infantry battalion for a United Nations (UN) peacekeeping mission arrive at Juba International Airport South Sudan, on April 8, 2015. The 130 peacekeeping infantrymen will join other 570 soldiers who have been put in place since the end of February. China has participated the peacekeeping missions of United Nations for 25 years.
