DPRK fires short-range missile into East Sea
SEOUL - The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) on Sunday fired a short-range missile into the East Sea, Yonhap News Agency said quoting an anonymous Seoul military official.
The launch came a day after the DPRK fired three short-range guided missiles into the same body of water, according to the report.
"Following yesterday, North Korea launched one short-range missile into the East sea this afternoon," the official said.
Earlier in the day, Seoul's unification ministry in charge of inter-Korea affairs condemned the Saturday launch by the DPRK as " provocative" while urging Pyongyang to hold talks over a suspended inter-Korean industrial complex in the DPRK's border city of Kaesong.
