CAIRO - The Egyptian Court of Cassation has accepted two appeals concerning former president Hosni Mubarak, state TV reported Saturday.
The first appeal was submitted by Mubarak and his former interior minister Habib al-Adly.
The second appeal was filed by the prosecution against Mubarak's son Gamal and Alaa, and six other assistants of the interior minister over the killing of protestors during the unrest in January 2011.
