A moderate earthquake of 5.7 magnitude struck near Kulob, Tajikistan, early on Sunday morning, according to the US Geological Survey.
The earthquake hit 62 miles (100 kilometers) north northeast of Kulob at a depth of 6.2 miles (10 km), USGS said.
