MOSCOW - Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov will oversee financial issues in the cabinet while Anton Siluynanov will become acting finance minister following the resignation of Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday, according to RIA Novosit news agency.
