Blasts, gunshots heard in Afghan capital

So far four people including two police and two suicide bombers have been killed, a police officer at the site told the media but declined to give his name.
One of the attackers blew his explosive-laden car and the second blew himself up, the officer said.
Meantime, another security official at the site said the office came under attack belonged to a foreign agency and at the time of attack six Afghans and eight foreign nationals were inside the building.
A policeman on the spot said, "The attack is targetting a UNAMA (United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan) office there."
Vice President Fahim's house is close to the UNAMA office, Indian embassy consulate and Kabul Intercontinental Hotel where was attacked on June 28, killing 21 people and injuring 18.
The Afghan national security forces have blocked the site, with two NATO-led International Security Assistance Force helicopters hovering over.
Police have cordoned off the area and do don allow journalists to get access.
