OSLO - Norwegian police detained a man from outside the hotel where Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg was visiting Labour Party youths who escaped from the nearby island where 84 people were gunned down on Friday.
The handcuffed man, whose spoke to reporters, said he was stopped because he had been carrying a knife in his pocket.
The prime minister was inside the hotel building at the time.
