TOKYO- Tohoku Electric's Onagawa nuclear power plant has restarted the system to cool its spent fuel pool after a halt following an earthquake late on Thursday, Japan's nuclear regulator said on Friday.
The plant has been shut down since the huge earthquake on March 11. Japanese media reported earlier that some power sources at the plant had been cut after Thursday's quake.
