PARIS - French Prime Minister Francois Fillion said Monday France will send two planes carrying humanitarian aid to Libyan people in Libya's second biggest city of Benghazi.
"Two French planes carrying medicines and medical equipment will leave for Benghazi in the few coming hours," Fillon told local RTL radio.
In earlier reports, Alain Juppe, minister of foreign affairs, also former defense minister, ruled out any military option into Libya while citing possible financial, economic and political sanctions.
