Storm leaves 22 dead in central China

Trees were left broken and uprooted after a storm with gale-force winds struck Wednesday night in Shangqiu city of central China's Henan province. The fierce storm has left at least 22 dead, 117 seriously injured. 1,546 people were evacuated and 9,856 houses collapsed.[Xinhua] |
