Emile Ouosso, minister of transportation and civil aviation, says the Airbus 330 landed at Brazzaville's Maya-Maya airport on Wednesday night and one of its wings then hit a building.

He said the plane, which flew in from Paris, was evacuated and is now flying back to Paris without passengers to be examined.

The official could not confirm the number of passengers on the flight.

Another Air France Airbus 330 crashed into the Atlantic Ocean en route from Rio de Janeiro to Paris on June 1, killing all 228 people onboard.
