Updated: 2007-09-04 10:48 Abdul al-Mahmoud Abdul al-Halim, the Sudanese representative in the UN, told reporters on Monday that his country has fulfilled all its commitments for the implementation of Resolution 1769 and provided all the necessary facilitation for the deployment of the hybrid peacekeeping force. He urge the UN to approve the financing of the hybrid force and provide the logistic supports and necessary equipment for it.
