At least 391 killed in Lebanon, 41 in Israel since war broke out

More than 432 people have been reported killed in Lebanon and Israel since fighting broke out July 12 between Israeli forces and Hezbollah guerrillas.

IN LEBANON:

At least 391 have been killed and 1,596 wounded, according to Lebanese security officials. Among them are 20 Lebanese army soldiers and at least 11 Hezbollah guerrillas.

Among the civilian deaths are 8 Canadians, 2 Kuwaiti nationals, 1 Iraqi, 1 Sri Lankan, 1 Jordanian.

Among the latest deaths Tuesday:

- Officials reported that Israeli missiles hit a house in the southern town of Nabatiyeh, killing seven people including at east one child.

IN ISRAEL:

Forty on Israelis have been killed, including 24 members of the military, according to authorities. More than 30 soldiers have been wounded, and more than 300 civilians, according to rescue officials.

The latest deaths:

- Two soldiers in fighting with guerrillas.

- Two pilots killed in crash of military helicopter in northern Israel.
