Riyangul Almire is the youngest NPC (National People's Congress) deputy from the delegation of the Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region.

Born in a family with six other siblings in a small county named Aktau, Almire dropped out of school after middle school because her parents couldn't afford the 1,000 RMB for tuition.

This is the story of a small-town girl becoming a deputy in China's NPC.
