Mauric Hazan, founder of QTALK, an innovative language-learning method, teaches English at a class of the Chinatown Literacy Project at the Lower East Side Preparatory School in New York last Sunday. The Project is a weekend adult ESL program that off ers Chinese-speaking, English -language learners individual, personalized instruction and the opportunity to practice conversation with youth volunteers free of charge.
