Cuisine for charity
The 8th IHG Annual Charity Cooking Competition will be held at Crowne Plaza Beijing Park View Wuzhou on June 26. Chefs from 14 hotels of InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands will compete in seven categories: sweet coffee break, cold appetizer, laksa, cocktail, coffee barista, black box and Chinese cold combination platter.
