The festival continues through July 10, and diners can choose from 30 kinds of delicacies made with crawfish and prawns, including oil-braised crawfish, pickled prawns, and the classic dish — crawfish with garlic. There are also special discounts for diners throughout the festival.
All the crawfish are from Qianjiang in Hubei province, which are famous for their quality in China.
