UK singer Adele paid tribute to Brussels on Tuesday, hours after the city was rocked by a devastating terrorist attack.
"So obviously when I woke up this morning, I was told about the terrible news about Brussels, I felt bad and sad that I was going to be doing a show. And we all are here for the same reason; hope you would be able to be entertained by me."
Bombs exploded at Brussels airport and in the city's metro, killing at least 34 people and wounding hundreds.
During her concert in London's O2 Arena, the 27-year-old diva performed the classic Bob Dylan song To Make You Feel My Love, to honor the victims of the attack.
The singer also said she was glad to be united with her fans and asked them to make enough noise to be heard in Belgium.
Thousands of fans illuminated the stadium by holding up their phones, shining a light in solidarity with the European city.
Adele made a music come back last year with her record-breaking album 25.
