Miao Jia San Jue (Three kinds of vegetables: ferns, garlic sprouts and bamboo shoots, which are typical homely dishes of the Miao ethnic group in China)
Ingredients:
ferns, garlic sprouts, bamboo shoots, bacon, cooking oil, ginger, garlic, chili, bean sauce, soy sauce, seasoning
Procedures:
1. Dice ferns, garlic sprouts, bamboo shoots and bacon into two centimeter squares.
2. Put some oil into the wok, and when the oil gets half hot, put all the diced ingredients into the wok, then about 30 seconds later, take the ingredients out and filter the oil.
3. Put 5g each of sliced ginger, sliced garlic, sliced chili, and 10g of bean sauce into the wok, and fry them using a lower heat for about 10 seconds until they become golden in color.
4. Put the sliced materials into the wok together with the ginger, garlic and chili, and fry for about one and a half minutes.
5. Finally add seasoning and soy sauce, stir and serve.
