Alaskan King Crab Salad with Mango, Avocado and Red Wine Vinaigrette

Ingredients:

Mango, avocado, romaine lettuce, olive oil, red wine vinaigrette, parsley, Alaskan king crab, black pepper, salt

Methods: 1. Peel and dice half a mango and an avocado.

2. Cut some romaine lettuce into chunks and put them into a bowl

3. Mix up some olive oil with red wine vinaigrette, and add some salt

4. Pour the dressing on the romaine lettuce, toss them briefly, sprinkle on some black pepper and salt, and mix all of them again until well combined

5. Pour the dressing on the diced mango and avocado, mix them with some parsley briefly, add some black pepper and salt, and toss them again till well combined

6. Mix the Alaska king crab pieces with the dressing.

7. Put the salad at the bottom of the plate, then the Alaska king crab pieces. 8. Serve and enjoy!
