These lightly-fried millet balls are glutinous, soft and tasty. Nutritions that can encourage the brain development such as protein, fat, calcium, and vitamin B1 can be acquired from millet.
To make, cook glutinous rice and millet separately until they turn soft. In a bowl, add glutinous rice, a pinch of sugar and smash with a wooden spoon or a rolling pin until the texture is silky smooth. Roll into small balls and coat with cooked millet. Deep-fry in vegetable oil until it is crispy on the outside. Everything's already cooked so you dont need to fry for too long. Serve while hot.
