With regard to the detailed requirements covered in the Suggestions, it states that seven points should be followed by rule and line.
The first point sets out to arouse enthusiasm of cultural and cultural relics institutions; the second one aims to bring market entities of all types into full play; the third one concerns the strengthening of cultural resources sharing and pooling, followed by a rise in the level in cultural and creative products exploration. The last three refer to upgrading the cultural products marketing system, building related platforms and brands as well as advancing cross-section integration of cultural industries with others.
“To bring cultural resources into modern life is a highlight in the Suggestions. To sum up, the resources exploration work is conducive to the benefits of the nation and people as a whole. However, how to do the work without a violation of rules and laws deserves our further attention,” Qi added.
