Message without borders
With its message for peace, development, cooperation and mutual benefit, the "Chinese Dream" goes beyond the geographical borders of China and seeks to appeal to people in other nations who seek development and a better life, Arabadjieva added.
According to her, the world needs a unifying vision for global peaceful development.
"We need leaders who not only think about the next 10 months, but have a vision for the next 10 years. Undoubtedly, President Xi is such a global visionary politician," Arabadjieva said.
However, the book does not describe utopia, she said. "Challenges outlined in the book show that the political elite of the country clearly understands the difficulties facing the future development of the second largest economy in the world, and has a commitment to take concrete measures to implement the necessary reforms," she added.
Donka Hristova, a fourth year student majoring in Chinese Studies at Sofia University, is an enthusiastic reader of the book.
She told Xinhua the "Chinese Dream" reflected China's reality in a very objective manner.
Reading in one go
Hristova read the book in one go. The words reach people in an easy way because they are about dreams, ideals, something that is very close to everyone. "Many leaders of other countries can learn from this," she said.
After reading the book, Hristova felt the "Chinese dream" could be adopted by other people around the world. "I hope this dream will be implemented in many other countries as well," she said.
