China releases full texts of development plans, budgets reports

BEIJING -- A report on China's yearly economic and social development plans and another one on China's central and local budgets were released in full via Xinhua News Agency on Friday.
The Fourth Session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC) on Wednesday adopted a resolution to approve the Report on the Implementation of the 2015 Plan for National Economic and Social Development and on the 2016 Draft Plan for National Economic and Social Development.
The Report on the Execution of the Central and Local Budgets for 2015 and on the Central and Local Draft Budgets for 2016 were also passed at Wednesday's NPC session.
The English-language full texts of the two reports will be released later on Friday.
