5.0-magnitude quake jolts Taiwan

BEIJING - A 5.0-magnitude earthquake struck southeastern part of Taiwan at 6:35 pm on Thursday, the China Earthquake Networks Center said.
The epicenter was monitored at 22.8 degrees north latitude and 121.4 degrees east longitude, with a depth of 7 km, the center said.
