BEIJING-- US Vice President Joe Biden will visit China from Dec 4 to 5, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said on Sunday.

Biden will pay the official visit at the invitation of Chinese Vice President Li Yuanchao, Qin said.

This will be Biden's second visit to the country as vice president of the United States.
