Sony is to move some design task force from its headquarters in Japan to China as part of the Japanese electronics giant's expansion plans in one of their fastest growing markets.
Ide Moriharu, president of Sony Professional Solutions Group China, part of Sony China, announced the new move during a news conference in Beijing, cheaa.com reported Wednesday.
Ide said China was one of the fastest developing markets for Sony. The company will integrate research and development, production, marketing and after-sale services to assist the needs of its Chinese customers.
