A female bus driver in Nanjing, capital of Jiangsu province, has moved people in different ways to get a pregnant woman a seat.
There was no free seat when a 7-month-pregnant woman surnamed Ding got on her bus one morning recently. The driver Chen Lingjie asked passengers to give up a seat several times, but no one responded.
Chen had to stand up and plead with passengers before a woman finally offered Ding her seat.
Ding posted her experience online and as a result more than 300 pregnant women have praised and thanked the driver for her stand.
