As for the cheapest package, the company set the minimum monthly fees at 66 yuan, and offers a monthly rebate of 26 yuan, meaning a new iPhone 4 user's monthly phone bill has been lowered to 40 yuan per month.
The 16G iPhone 4 now costs 4,999 yuan, while a 32G is priced at 5,999 yuan.
China Unicom also ceased offering its previous prepaid contract packages, in which a customer prepays 5,880 yuan to get a free iPhone 4, but would be under contract for 286 a month, with monthly rebates of 245 yuan.
