The applicant ASTK CO., LTD. applied to the court for the constitution of a limitation fund for maritime claims on August 25th, 2014. The applicant alleges that it received the claims in connection with the damages to the aquaculture caused by the applicant's vessel SA ARAON whose gross tonnage is 2030 tons. The claimants hold that the vessel trespassed into the aquaculture area located in Leting in her way from Qinhuangdao to Tianjian for cargo loading on June 5th, 2014 and therefore caused losses to the aquaculture. In respect of the non-personal injury losses caused by the accident, the applicant as the ship owner applies to the court for the constitution of a limitation fund of maritime claim. According to the calculation standard on the limitation of liability for the non-personal injury claim in article 210 (1.b) of The Maritime Code of the People's Republic of China, the limitation of liability for maritime claims are 422,510 special drawing rights together with the interest of the amount starting from June 5th, 2014 till the date of constitution of fund.

The court has accepted the request of the applicant, and announces the related matters as follows:

1. Any interested party in relation to this maritime accident who object the application of constitution of a limitation fund of maritime claims raised by the applicant ASTK CO., LTD, shall put forward written objection to the court within 30 days counting from the next day of the last issuance of the announcement; but any party who are served by the court with the written notice, shall put forward written objection within 7 days since the acknowledgement of service of the notice.

2. The creditors shall, within 60 days counting from the next day of the last insurance of this announcement, apply to the court for registering creditors' rights in relation to the maritime claims which belong to Article 207 of The Maritime Code of the People's Republic of China. Where the creditors object the applicant's application of constitution of a limitation fund of maritime claims, the party shall also apply for registering creditors' rights within this period. Where no registration is conducted, the creditor's right shall be deemed as having been waived.
