The water level of Wanzhou harbor in Chongqing has been increasing since the Three Gorges Reservoir area reached its goal of 175 meters of water level on Sunday.
Instead of just feeling happy about the success of the water reserve, locals are bringing their dirty laundry to the reservoir to wash it with detergent, which is definitely polluting the water.
Some merchants smelled a profit and even set up portable washing machines nearby, charging for their use.
